Q. How does delivery occur?
TOTALLY FREE delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland. If we have your rug in stock it will arrive to you within 2 days for UK mainland and 3 days for Northern Ireland. This consists of all UK offshore places (Including Jersey, Guernsey, Shetland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight). Alternatively, you can pick up your rug in store same day.
However, we’re unable to stock each size of the hundreds of designs we sell, it is likely that your rug will need to be ordered. Since we’ll need to manufacture the rug(s) especially for you and deliver it from Iran, total delivery time will take 7-10 working days.

Q. Who provides my rug?
We have a special arrangement with a courier who is accustomed with delivering this type of heavy product to make sure it reaches you in the right condition. The courier company we use within the European Union depends on your country.
Q. How do I track my order?
After buying on our website you will receive a number of emails:

Q. At what time will my order be delivered?
Standard shipments arrive Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00. However, based on your specific delivery address and courier company, this could defer. For most orders, you will receive an SMS or email from the courier confirming a delivery window.
Q. I might not be around, what happens then?
If you are not at the given premises, the delivery driver will leave a card highlighting that they have attempted deliver. On the card there will be a number that you can call to arrange re-delivery with the delivery driver.
Q. Do I require being present at the delivery?
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE DELIVERY. Someone will certainly have to be available at the time of delivery to sign for the items. You are given the choice of shipment to an alternative address other than your billing address if this is hassle-free for you (eg. your place of work, a neighbors’, family members, etc).
Q. How can I change my shipment address?
You can change your shipment information at any point prior to payment. You can also have your rug delivered to a different address to your billing address. If you created an account while buying your rug, you can track where your rug is in the shipment procedure by going to the appropriate couriers: UPS.
If you wish to change the shipping address and your order has not yet been dispatched (i.e. you have not received a dispatch email), kindly e-mail info@wembleyrugs.com. Please have the order verification number that you would have received in the order verification e-mail and date the order was placed.
Return Policy
We offer a thirty-day hassle-free return.
Our intention is to deliver an excellent level of customer support and immediately refund or replace any defective rug, or a rug that does not match your order description.
However, if you simply changed your mind about the rug within 30 days, we’ll offer you a refund minus a restocking charge. Since the rugs are bespoke and made to measure items, we have to charge a 15% restocking fee to cover delivery costs from Iran, outgoing and return shipping costs.
We don’t accept any rug returns that our team regards as used in the 30 days window.
How does the returns procedure work?
Before the return of any product is accepted, send us an email at info@wembleyrugs.com. All return applications must be made within thirty days of receiving the rug.
If you wish to return a rug, kindly include in the email the Order number or ID number (both of which you would’ve received on the order confirmation email), and why you’re returning the item. We will attend to your request as soon as we can, and confirm a pick-up date with our courier network to obtain the rug from your home on one of the days that you have selected.
