Are the colours on your website accurate?

We’re careful to capture accurate images of our rugs. However, we can’t be in control of variables outside of our control such as your computer monitor or phone screen setup. These can sometimes have an effect on displaying the colors clearly. Please ask us for more information if you’re not sure about the color of the carpet you wish to purchase.

How do I know the carpet I've ordered will fit in the room intended?

We advise all of our customers to take accurate measures of the room they intend to furnish. All the carpets listed on our website have their dimensions displayed in length, width and thickness.

What is the quality of your rugs?

We quality check every carpet at Wembley Rugs before we put it on display. Our rugs are imported directly from respected rug makers, ensuring that every single rug is made to the highest quality.

Our range includes a number of different qualities, and the quality is determined by the number of knots per square centimeter. The range starts from 500 knots all the way up to our top of the range rug which is at a staggering 1,200 knots p/sq cm!

Once you have found an item you wish to buy, click on ‘ADD TO CART’ and you’ll be taken to your shopping basket page. You can either click on ‘continue shopping’, or click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to buy your rug.

Can I add to or change an existing order?

You’re able to change your order or delivery details at any point before you make a payment. You can also choose to have your rug delivered to a location other than your billing address. Can I get a VAT receipt?

The invoice you’ll receive with the rugs you’ve ordered can be used as a VAT invoice/receipt.

What is the Wishlist?

We try and replicate the experience you might have when you walk into a rug store. We understand that when you buy a rug, it can take some time to make your mind up straight away. Therefore, the purpose of the wishlist is to offer you a comparison tool that will help you pick the right rug for you, without overfilling your shopping basket or committing to buy anything. It’s an easy way to remind yourself (or let others know) exactly what you’ve been looking at and what type of rug you’ve got your eye on. Add as many as you like to your Wishlist, and it will be easier to start comparing and narrowing down your choices to eventually find your perfect rug.

Can I buy a rug if I live outside the UK?

How do I know if my order has been received?

When we receive your order, an Order Confirmation screen will be generated, issuing an order number, which you can print out for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order details. Sometimes your confirmation email my land in your junk folder, please check this before you contact us.

If, after checking, you cannot find your confirmation email then please contact us via email on info@wembleyrugs.com or call 0208 930 8797 without our working hours.

How can I pay for my purchases?

How do I use a promotion code or discount offer?

When you get to the checkout page. Click on the coupon code option and enter the promotional code into the field provided. Once you have done this, click continue and you’ll be brought back to the checkout page. You will notice that the discount has now been applied to the order total.
